Does anyone know for sure or have even ever seen a 351W head with an "R" on it? I haven't looked for anything under the valve cover yet. I'm thinking they may be a set off one of those HO engines with the 4 barrel that were in mid-80s pickups.

Has anyone tried to change wiring or switching so the fog lights will come on without the headlights or park lights being turned on? Also being able to leave the fog lights on with high beams. My F150 is a 2012.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I was defiantly thinking straight axle. Not about to tackle an SAS. Do you happen to know much about frame widths? There were some mid yr. changes on Ford 4x4s in the mid to later 70s. And 2wd had different width frames than 4wd some yrs.
