hey all im a new member, just bought a 69 f250 with a 3 on the tree that was converted to floor shifter, & they never work right, so I want to put a 4 speed manual, but since its ford im not sure which tranny, if the spines are different, will I have to change yolk on drive shaft, tranny mount...

whats up everyone, im an old ford truck owner, ive owned 4, im here to get some advice from the guru's here, I want to swap out a 3 speed manual to a 4 speed manual in my new 1969 f250, so thanks in advance for any & all help.........
