what is the engine going to act like with the timing advanced versus the timing to low? is there a noticeable difference?i got the timing in enough that the engine will fire, but... the starter keeps locking up then i shut the key off and the truck will fire up and shut off it will also...

my tdc on my pulley is the number 6 cylinder on the dizzy. the only thing i've done was bumped the timing up a few degrees. it ran fine before and was all lined up. but somehow the pulley and dizzy are way off. how do i fix it?

i have 35x15.5x15 swampers 90% tread. they weigh 84 pounds a piece.i kind of want to go bigger. the 36x12.5x15 tires are 12 pounds lighter per tire.. does that make much of a difference in performance?
