new XRAY Vision lights from TJM, hid's. Also scored a lightbar from Defiant. The hid's are awesome so far, can't wait to get them out in the desert. Defiant's lightbar is an easy bolt on and great quality. nice and beefy.
UTfball said it right, it's sheet metal, it can be replaced/ patched.for a front bumper, i just used some tubing between the frame rails to guard the radiator, and my freind built me a small skid plate**jollygreen, thanks bud!
sounds like a damn good road trip! you mentioned an isolator under the carb rather than a spacer. I run 1" phenolic spacer from Summit on my 460.

autofab deals with both 5 lug and 8 lug stuff. my F250 is an LD, light duty, so I have the 7/8 king pins/ beams like the 1/2 tons, but I have 8 lug hubs. F250 camper specials(and such) and 1 tons have 1" king pins and bigger beams, wich are the more desireable ones due to there strenght. Autofab...
