I have been having fuel supply issues on my 1988 F150 300-6 which led me to change the in tank pump first, then the high pressure pump. After the last test drive I parked the truck and upon return, no start, the pumps wouldn't turn on. I replaced the fuel pump relay which had shown serious heat...
This truck fires off fine cold, but once warmed up, it turns a bit harder. It slows down enough that it is difficult to fire, but once it does, runs fine. I haven't checked the cables out yet, but since it has been a long running issue, thought it may be heat soaking the starter. I put a...
This truck was parked out behind a shed for over 10 years. I got it and for the price of a fuel pump, clutch, brake calipers and wheel cylinders it is back on the road. 6 cylinder 5 speed 2wd. I have gotten some spoke factory wheels , tool box and upgraded the mirrors.

I have known this truck since before I had a driver license... It has been changed up through the years, but has always been around my home town. He keeps it going and looking good.
