idk about a 7 lug rim, i never heard of that before. but yeah, 250/350 is 8 lug for sure, if its a 3/4 or 1 ton. the f150's have 5 lugs.

only replace one. they dont go out often, and they are a pain in the ***, any way you look at it. you also need the special socket for them if you want to do it the easy way, or you can do it the hard way with an open end wrench
