To the geek/s of FTF,The trouble I'm talking about is the subscribed threads being dropped from
the User-CP's list too dangged quick. Just read one wanted to respond but
needed to do some reading first so skipped it and responded to another post.Came back the list was gone. I complained...

Got to figure something on this and going to start on it today.
With the plastic panels off you can see the horizontal metal
rib flop to beat hell when the door is slammed shut "normally".It sucks donkey dick and makes for a sloppy sound with the
plastic panel installed. I'm going to screw...
Is there a way to erase all my posts and threads I put here on FTF? :)
I still see things you posted to FTE and just wondered if FTF is like
FTE that way. :/Alvin in AZ
My son took the voltmeter meters out of a couple Ford vans and put
'em in our 75's speedometers and so replaced the dead ALT gauges.Anyway, it -reads like- a voltmeter "on the cable clamps" now. :)----------------------A hand held analog voltmeter with its leads dug into the battery's...
Swapping out the E4OD and transfer case for a simple 2wd ZF in
my '91 Bronco left the driveshaft angles not-quite-right. LOL :)It's all good until I get going ~85mph then it's "whir...whir...whir".
Supposed to be the classic sound of bad driveshaft anglesNo theory here just facts...
Was given another truck the other day, so that makes me 7+1/2 Ford
trucks all together and right now only my '75 F150 (I bought new) is
drivable! LOL :)The newest one is a March of '75 F250 flat bed (wood) 6000GVW 2wd

Wanting to take the open differential from the 74k mile F150 and put an
Eaton True-Trac in it and also change the gear ratio from 3.55 to 3.73.
Doing it myself should be about $1000.So, I'm wondering if the rear axle part numbers are different before I go
and rebuild the rear axle in the '91...
Finally got that project done and the engine feels less powerful.
I would not recommend it for anyone with an automatic transmission! But it's really nice with the wide ratio ZF. :)There were times when there was no -right- gear to be in, it sucked.
The pipey 351w (like a 2 stroke) was cool...
There are too many choices on RockAuto etc to choose from for a 351w
rear main and timing cover seals. :/ So what do I do?Tear into it and take the old ones to the store like in the old days? :)
Got any better ideas?----------------Rear main is leaking pretty bad and it's not that big of...

I'll take a picture. ;)All I really know about it is the bench seat out of the '91 F150
is a soft piece of crap compared to the original in my '75 F150.
And I only weigh ~180#.YMMV?Alvin...
Thought my Bronco might need some adjustable bushings, but turns out it
don't. :) One front tire had too much camber since I got it. :/ It leans to
the driver's sideI measured the crap out of everything underneath it including whether the
frame was square, diamonded or twisted. Turns out it...
Couple weeks ago, while I had the steering wheel pulled, noticed the
whole turn signal's plastic base-plate was loose but the screws were
tight. It's made that way because the screws have shoulders on 'em but it
was too stinkin' loose to suit me anyway. LOL :) So I worked a small
o-ring onto...
One I got from the "top" of a '92 Bronco that has completely lost its
fuzzy fabric covering and noticed today, that there are places where
the cab's headliner is losing its fuzzy fabric covering too. :/What did you do? :)
What would you try? ;)Neither are installed right now, but I'm...
Yep, here's another crazy idea from Nuttyboy. :/Called all over town asking for who to call and only found two guys that
knew what tire truing even was. :/ The one outfit I found that trued tires
was in the business of pre-truing tires. So they had to have the tire off
the wheel. Well heck...
Do you know the curb to curb turning diameter for our dents?
...and please post some of them? :)They won't be this simple since there's several wheelbases and then
double that because of 2wd and 4wd versions too...

My 360FE engine rebuilder swore up and down that advancing the stock
"smog" cam on those old '70's smogged-up engines would give you more
usable power and better gas mileage just using the stock cam.So, wondering if doing the same... installing a certain timing set in a '91
351w guy could...
Polish versus poly-urethane?A local guy swears the poly-urethane method lasts much
longer than polishing. ...but is it any good tho? :/And what's with them getting so stinkin' dull to start with?
The tail light lenses don't get that dull so quick.
The plastic RR signal lenses didn't get...
Most of my modifications are only for me, but was thinking this one might
be for a few others since it removes the need for the speed control-control
to be on the steering wheel, opening up a whole new range of steering wheel
options. :)Studied up on how the control works with just three...
Anybody here ever modify the angle/position of a non-tilt steering column?Got the bench seat in the '91 Bronco and the steering wheel is in the way
of my clutch leg! :( What the heck was Ford thinking? ..."sell tilt" maybe? The angle and placement of the steering wheel reminds me of 70's...
...clothes line and spray it down good with the garden hose? :)Oh man, does it ever work out great (in the desert). :)But the very best part was taking my freshly-sharpened pocket
knife out and cutting a big ol' hole right in the middle of the nice
clean Bronco carpet. ;)Nuttyboy in AZ
Mine's idling fine at about 750rpm (ZF) but would like to
lower it to about 600rpm and see how it drives etc. :)Tinkering fool in AZ

Four of the center body mounts were loose on my '91 Bronco.
Could mostly see it in the lower rubber. :/I just fixed the two easy ones to get to, right behind the seat, and will get
to the two near the rear axle later when I pull the 8.8 for a rebuild. :)Anyway, so I worked out a "method"...
It's starting to get on my nerves. LOL :)Sometimes as I pull the door handle I can see the door lock being pulled down.
Each time I pull the door handle after that, the lock gets pulled down farther!

I really hate clipped-on stuff! :/
So how do -you- get the clips to let go of the chrome covers around the
windshield? :)The Ford Shop Manual, as usual, is skimpy on the details of those clips.

-hidden- clips, is...
A really cool thing happened yesterday I can't quit thinkin about. :)I went in with all my drive shafts from my '90 F250 parts truck and the
