Check Engine 2002 f-250 super duty

Went to auto zone to check why I got the check engine light on. Reader says that i'm needing to replace my MAF sensor.
I would like opinons on wether to try and clean the bugger or replace it?
I've already purchased the MAF sensor cleaning spray.

Since you already bought the cleaner. Would go ahead and use it. Sometimes it works. If not can still replace it
