Looks like a nice one!

That looks nice and original ..... would you drive it "as is" or restore it?

I would drive it as is. I'd probably look into refreshing the chassis and drivetrain, possibly add disc brakes and make sure it's prepared to tow, but I don't know that I'd completely restore it. I like that original look. I'd likely never have it repainted. That's been the toughest part in my search, finding something that has original paint in decent condition with some patina, but not swiss cheese.

That's neat.

Is this the first "Custom" series? I have a '92 F-150 Custom, didn't know it went back further.

I'm really happy with it. Bummed that the grille has some damage but outside of that and a dent in the bed on the passenger side, it really is in pretty good condition. It's been a simple, no frills work truck its whole life. No factory radio, no power anything, no creature comforts outside of the heater. It has 94k miles on the clock and the seller believes those to be the actual miles, as it's been in the family the whole time. His uncle bought it new and passed it on to his dad, then he got it. And it looks like that could be the case.

Time to get on eBay and some other sites. :)

That grille dent might be able to be worked out of it. Side dent could be a bit trickier, but not impossible. Front bumper may or maybe not be salvageable.
