Looks like the lone wire (tach side) goes to the tach and may go to the distributor as well. On the dual wires (batt) one wire goes to the distributor and ignition switch and the second to the radio noise capacitor.
I don't have one of these to confirm but several diagrams I looked at showed the same thing.
Probably have to peal back the wrapping from some of the harness and find the original wires as the diagrams show splices for the same wire to go several places.
