'62 F100 wiring questions

I'm in the process of building a '62 stepside for my son. We've done the popular CV swap with an '03 cradle, and used a rear end from a '99 Explorer. Now I've picked up a motor and tranny from an '06 CV Interceptor. The computer, all the sensors, distribution block, and entire harness from the engine bay are all intact and still connected. Does anyone out there have experience with this swap and how to wire it up so it'll run? I called a company that sells harnesses, but all they offer for that engine is a complete replacement harness. In my mind, Im thinking if I can get power to the computer properly, I won't need to replace the harness. Any help is much appreciated and thank you!

Maybe I'm wrong, but we call this a stepside here in these parts...lol....here she is with the explorer rear under her. Those are 18's from a Mustang. I think she needs 20's at least. Or lowered more.
