2011 F250 Grille Question

Hi - newbie here. Looking forward to participating on the forum.

I have a question and I appreciate your input. I have a 2011 F250 Super Duty and last week I hit a fairly large bird on the highway and it went through my black plastic grille. Didn't appear to do any damage to anything else other than the grille.

Now I believe this thing bolts on with 4 bolts. My question - where can I get a similar aftermarket grille? I don't want to spend a ton of money on this but I don't want junk either, I'll gladly pay a little more if it's decent quality. Not sure if it's going to be better than the stock grille, I'm seeing now that it was pretty flimsy. I'm not looking to mod it up either, I'm a plane Jane in this respect.

I dug around on the internet and couldn't find much especially for 2011, seems like the year that nobody stocks anything. I didn't bother calling the dealer parts department.

Thanks again for your advice in advance, I appreciate it.

Thanks.

I found this one also but being that I'm not a parts specialist and I'm trying to do this myself, I want to be sure I'm getting the right thing.

Is your grille shell intact?

Not sure, I'm figuring this out as I go along.

From what I can tell looking at grilles on ebay and from aftermarket sites it's 3 piece maybe. The grille assembly, the shell and the frame. The shell being the criss-cross pattern (see attached). The frame looks ok but the grille and shell is cracked/broken.

I think I need the two parts - grille assembly and shell. I'll take it off first before doing anything and post a pic, but here's a stock pic of the grille:

Sorry for being a PITA, I appreciate your patience and help.

Hey Eastms, how's the installation of grille? A close friend of mine hit his 2002 f-250 on a fence and now looking for grille insert and guard combo. Saw this site with good selections Truck Grille Inserts and we are comparing T-Rex billet and other brands. Fuel off-rad looks awesome and expensive. How's the T-Rex?
