Fuel injected 460 suggestions

So I have a 1989 460 efi on a engine stand that I started taking apart to change gaskets. I performed and compression test before pulling the engine and compression checked out fine on all cylinders. I did a leak down test (while on the stand) and on all cylinders are at about 20% on leak down test. I don't know the milage on the motor. What would you guys recommend I check on this motor now that it's out?

Rods and mains should definitely be checked out while a part, timing chain, cam, all the critical wear type items.

So I am getting ready to remove the heads and I am going to clean up my valves and lap them. I was wondering if there was any special way of re installing the rockers, valve springs, push rods..etc I been told by some people I need to adjust them?
