Duncan, the dash is salvageable, but there is no interior. The floor pan has been replaced with what looks like galvanized sheet, and will need to be redone.

That Honda pulled this thing out of the dirt. It was sunk so deep, the diffs were touching. The flat tires didn't help, either. It then pulled it about a mile, all the way home.

There was also another set of axles that came with it.

I got the whole story from my Dad. He bought another good CJ, I think it was a 5. That one came along with this one and parts, even though he didn't really want it. As you can see, the front had been hit, and repairs had been started. He had plans to put a Buick V8 in the other one, but ended up selling it.

I believe that is a super rare factory upgrade, making this thing very rare and valuable!!!

I have been thinking about what kind of engine to put in this thing. Any ideas? I have a cool little 221 V8 sitting in the trees in a Fairlane 500. I don't know the condition of the engine, though...

Depending on what aftermarket 'stuff' is available, and what common small block 'stuff' works, that 221 intrigues me....
