Unusual 64 F100

Howdy All
Well, think I've a "camper special" or "heavy half"
64...She has running lights on top the cab,a switch under the gas pedal
fer the tranny I think,high n low electric maybe.3 on the tree.
Sits higher than my other pick up same year...So,Im wondering...
Was there such a 64 F100 heavy duty 1/2 ton produced? (factory)

Yes They are,heres a pic. Greenie has a 292 V8 with 3 on tree,Blackie has a 283 with auto tranny.
Also, if Anyone has the part number fer a Factory Service Manual and parts to that will be nice to have!
Greenie has a rear view mirror mounted on Her dash,looks factory..

You can get the original 1964 shop manual(hard copy) at Mac's auto parts(online) with part #48-32788-1 for $55. You can also get a CD copy from the same place for $30.25 with part #48-32789-1. You can also pick up gently used copies on e-bay for less money.
