1986 F350 turn signal problem

I also posted in Gen 7 Forum
When engaging the left turn signal all the hazard lights flash including the cab clearance lights.
When engaging the right turn signal only the right turn signals engage
When engaging the hazard lights all hazard lights flash including the cab clearance lights
When the headlights are turned on the left turn signal indicator light on dash illuminates and none of the turn signal lights will flash
Brake lights operate normally
Reverse lights operate normally

One more thing, to engage the left turn signal the switch (arm) on the column must be pressed further down than to push up to engage the right signals. (If that makes any sense)

Thanks for the assistance
And if all else fails and I lose patience off the mechanic it goes.

Clean first ...or Replace the TS switch

You might look at your left side bulbs. If the turn signal filament in one of them shorts to the driving light filament you'll have this problem.
