New to the site

Hello everyone, my name indicates my truck, drug it out of some woods in Ok few weeks ago. The patina is almost perfect, and I have a 302 and a c-6 trans in the shop floor ready to replace the old 6 banger. I am curious the best method for motor mounts for this if anyone can help me out let me know.

...the best method for motor mounts .

Welcome.

I fabricated mine from a universal kit (option # 1) so I'm really not sure what is available from aftermarket suppliers (option # 2) but I am sure there are many, trans-dapt, classic haulers, try a Google / eBay search, I like the cross-member type better then the frame biscuits style, somewhat depends on what front suspension you are using.

Found a cross member

On ebay for $50, tubular and looks simple to install, has the motor mounts on it. I'll get some pics up soon so y'all can see what I'm starting with.
