360 in a 75 f250 manifold removal

Ok so I am replacing the exhaust on my 75 f250. I was able to get the passanger side manifold off fairly easy, the drivers side is becoming a pain. I have all the mounting hardware off I just can't seem to finagle the damn thing out. Is there any secrets y'all know to get it out or do I have to brake apart the steering and throttle linkages?

1985 Ford F150 is fairly proficient in dealing with the FE's...so maybe he can add a little more insight but...take that tire off to give you a little more room, and finaggle away. Wriggle the manifold around the frame and pull it out the wheel well.
