rear end

'93 F350, w5spd, u joints replaced last summer,
i can hear clunking when rolling in nuetral, rear end on it's way out?
i replaced the gear oil last month with fresh 80 weight n Lucas Oil Stabilizer.
any recommendations on a good LSD?

I have had the pinion nut work loose more than once... Snug it up and off we go.

Maybe add a new seal if it's leaking at the same time.

took it to mech. to check he advised u-joints we're bad, n replaced the year Napa ones.
took it home n my transfer case bound up, stick between 2 hi n 4hi, (needed 4wd to get it parked in the back yard), back to mech he found no issues, lubed stuff up, it's better but cant get into 4Lo now... think maybe I left it sittin unused too long?

Take the shift tube off, sand, and clean THEN lube
It will easily break, it's only pot metal, and they are HARD to find
