What years of 4 speeds can I use in my 66

My 66 originally had a 352 and 4 speed which was replaced by a 460 and C-6 but is going to be replaced by a FE again,I have the mounts and clutch parts and my original trans was worn out so it got scrapped and I need to know just how new of a 4 speed can I use that will still have the same input shaft length as the original 4 speed.
