The pontoons are complete. Once I used the jig to get the basic taper, I finished the job with a heat gun and clamps. Stitching them patiently all the way across. Never seal the rear of the pontoons until the front is complete. You need to be able to do the light test. No pinpoints or brighter areas of light, no leak. The seam should be the darkest point with a bright light shined in front.

I installed an aluminum capper on the front seam made from an old Brinks Security lawn sign.

Reinforced the console and neutral/reverse rudder with hammered 1/2" electrical conduit.
