trouble starting 6.4

Having trouble starting my 6.4 cranks great but just will not start. changed out a FRP sensor and disconnected the ECM put everything back together now it will not start. HELP PLEASE ANYBODY

you may have a air pocket in the fuel system. try cracking open the plug at the front of the head and someone spin the engine over. when it starts, close the plug and dont shut the truck off.
