Performance build

So I've got a 93 EFI 460 bored .030 over, upgraded pistons, RV cam.

I'm going to swap it into a 67 f250 2x4 and I want to build the engine much more than it is. I'm looking for close to 500hp.

Need some suggestions on;
a good cam?
what size/brand injectors?
Intake manifold?
Headers?
do I need a better fuel pump?

My biggest questions are;
can I have this ECU tuned or do I need to replace it?
With these engines is having the head machined really all that helpful or do I need to bite it and buy new heads?

Any help, suggestions or additions are appreciated

You might want to talk to LEB Paul or LEB Kris here, they specialize in those engines.

Tim Meyer (TMI) is a great source of parts and info as well.

The big restriction here is going to be fueling. The LEB guys have a parts list to get my 96 to 350hp, and when it's all said and done, it'll cost me about 3500. More than 350hp, you're looking at dropping another 2k in a fuel system alone.

Thanks for the info because of your post I looked into a few things and have decided to go another route since the cost is about double what I had expected. I'd rather put that money elsewhere right now but this engine isnt going anywhere and I want to keep it EFI, eventually ill do something crazy with it. Lol
