Here is Mater - new guy

Well just signed up and figured I would intro myself in here. I have a 77 F150 Custom 4x4 I call Mater. It is mostly stock with a 300, np435/np205 and 3.54 gears. I have done some work to it; I replaced the floor pans, rebuilt the tranny, replaced the body bushings, put in new stock coils, a bench seat from a 94, 35" tires and slowly getting it ready for paint. I do have a 351C waiting to be built and swapped in. Here are some pics for you enjoyment:

Nice truck. The diamond plate does look cool

Thanks guys, I must say the diamond plate is my favorite part as well. I will get some pics of my bench seat install as soon as I get them from my friends camera.

First thing I noticed was how super straight the frame is. :)
But, where the heck you at? ;)

Thanks, yeah the truck was in really good shape when I got it, not bad for $500! When I called the guy about it he said it was only good for parts cause it wouldn't run. I changed the ignition box and it fired right up after sitting for almost 2yrs! I am in Cabot, AR.

Cool. :)
Been through Cabot a bunch when I was a kid, had relatives in Pangburn. :)

ps- A neighbor kid just helped me get my ZF up the steps into the house.
pps- No women around here to tell me I can't overhaul the transmission
in the living room! LOL :) Turns out its syncro rings are wornout. :/
ppps- Old shower curtain down with really nice thick cardboard over that.
pppps- I'm going to be taking pictures so I'll post some in a new thread. ;)
