What rims will fit??

Hello eveyrone,
I am new to the generation 6 style of ford truck and i am working on getting my next project and i have been looking at rims to replace the ones that are currently on the truck and go with something a little bit bigger and not so wide. I have found used military style rims and tires that i would like to go with and i have questions on fit. From the research that i have done i believe that this combo will fit the only thing i am unsure of is backspaceing. Here is the link to the rims and a link for the tires. Any information you can provide will be helpful thanks for reading.

Being the GM rims, I would be concerned the center circle will be too small without some kind of modification to widen it out. The other is accessibility of the tires for replacement/spare. If you can regularly find them preferably local, then it wouldn't be as big a concern, and I know, the military uses them and such, but that does not guarantee you can get ahold of them should they become damaged.

I have no concern of the hub hole being two small i figure that it is oversized to fit on the Hummer. The accessibility of the tires is what brought me to find these rims. the tires are military surplus, under a 125 a tire and the dealer is local to me. I have asked the question on another ford truck site and the general concensus is that they will rub really bad because the rims have a 7" back spacing. but thanks for the reply because the more minds at work the better the answer!

They do have a hefty negative offset. i wouldn't count on the hole being any bigger though even if they would have worked.

I suggest to check out American Eagle wheels. They have a lot of great design even some military style. I agree with Fellro, make sure to check the spec of your truck rim before getting any replacement wheel. The spec could be seen behind the rim it self. About the tire size you use this link to calculate correctly the right tire for your need.
