Took the truck into town yesterday to run some errands and couldn't park in my garage cause someone was parked in front of it. I pulled up to the front doors and as I was walking away, I said, whoa and had to take this shot. She's still looking good 2 and a half years later!

COOL!! YelloThumbUp YelloThumbUp

(must be parked now for the coming winter)

Almost......:headbang: We're having a great week of weather and I had a breakfast meeting with a good friend of mine and this shot was taken this morning as I was warming it up......it's still this dark at 6:15 this morning.....must mean winter is coming! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

When I park it for the winter, I'll back it in and plug in my battery trickle charger.

I just bought this '77 the other day......basically a parts truck, but I did drive it home. 300 six and 4 speed, it runs really well. I will keep the engine, trans and rear.....maybe the sliding rear window. Too bad every panel is bent or rusted, I need some for my '79.

Yeah, those are actual working tail and stop lights....a lot of engineering went into that....they had additional relays put in, fuses, etc....all the parts are boxed in with diamond plate on the inside of the tailgate to match the diamond plate around the rest of the rig.

When I hit my breaks, I can see my voltage drop a bit on my aftermarket gauge.

Hi everyone. I think that this is my first post and wanted to thank everyone for letting me lurk for the past year or so. My truck isn't finished yet, but I thought I would post a few partially completed pictures. It was my Pop's truck and I decided to restore it after he passed away. I have absolutely NNNNOOOOOO experience tearing anything apart and putting it back together but this truck has been a nice learning experience. It is a 2WD 1977 F-150 with a 460 and a C6 tranny. I rebuilt the engine and transmission myself just to see if I could. How well I did has yet to be seen, but it shouldn't be very much longer before I fire it up for the first time. Thanks again for letting me hide around the corners and learn from you guys. Take care all.
