I'm checking to see if you could help me get better mileage with my 2012 F150 Supercrew 4x2 Ecoboost. I currently get 17.5 city and hwy. The window sticker has 16 city and 22 hwy. The best I have done is 18.9 on a long trip on the interstate. I understand all the variables. loaded, unloaded, towing, etc. This truck runs empty with 2 passengers and a dog. On the last 5 long 2.5 hr. trips the mileage has only been 17.5 it don't get better on the hwy. now. It has 10,000 miles. I drive 60- 65 mph. What else can I do?
