What's the tallest tire size I could put on my stock Bronco without rubbing? And any recommendations for a good inexpensive aggressive tire??

It's hard to say what will fit with out rubbing because springs sag over the years. I always ran P235/75R15 with out rubbing but bigger will fit.

Hankook DynaPro are a good cheaper tire.

Here's the tires I had in LT235/75R15. Uniroyal Laredo AWT, not much more room for a bigger tire without a lift.

Thank you. The factory size is P195/75R15. You will notice a change going to the 235's, rides way better and fills the wheel well nicely. 
Sure is a good lookin Bronco!...
