390 in a 1967?

Im taking my headers off and i got one the other is unbolted and now its getting stuck on the steering box and when i go from underneath it will hit the steering rod. any Advice? Im trying to wrap then in the cool looking Heat Wrap.

If you are referring to header wrap, you might want to consider the rusting problems they can cause...just a thought.

As original, a 1967 F100/350 would have a 352 2V.

No 390 (or 360) engines in F100/350's until 1968.

All FE engines look identical and on sale day 352 & 360 engines magically become 390's.

Wait???? the header wrap collects moisture? wouldnt the heat from the pipes themselves make it all evaporate? I found some 1200 degree paint made for headers should i go that route?

Do your own research and draw your own conclusions..it's even worse on bikes.
I would go ceramic...by the time you factor in the cost of the coating as compared to replacing the headers, cost of wrap, time spent etc., you will be further ahead by going the ceramic route...my 2 cents anyway.
