Hey guys, I'm trying to solve a vibration issue around 30-35mph. All the ujoints seem fine but there is some movement in the carrier bearing. How much movement is normal?

you really shouldn't have any. some bearing will have a little based on design, the slots in the rubber can move a little (see attach link)

Best thing you can do is undo the two bolts holding the carrier bearing and lower the driveshaft onto a block of wood , then spin the carrier bearing on the shaft and listen for a rumbling sound ...... if it's more than slightly worn you'll see some movement in the bearing itself.

Quick tip. Mark driveshafts before unhook from each other.

And fyi as well. Carrier bearings are pressed on.
