HELP 06 F350 5.4 All power is lost on the gages except engine stays running highway or at a stop then gages comes back on in seconds then normal

Ford 2006 F350 5.4 liter.
All power shuts off except engine doesn't miss a beat then electrical power comes back in 5 to 10 second and everything is normal rpms/speedometer all gages. no loss of power engine runs strong during issue. any ideas?
