Took me a bit to find this one, that harness runs through the articulation section of a 544L loader. It is fully covered in a protective hose layer. Cut the hose off and did a 10 lb pull test on the 39 wires in that harness. 30 of them broke. It only had 1 code and was intermittent

Pulled the cab to replace the internal transmission harness cause the transmission temp sensor was reading very hot. That sensor is made into the harness

This was a fun one, at the top of a sand pile and threw the left track off to the inside on the sprocket and idler end. I was there to fix a hydraulic thumb issue. Owner was pissed when I told him about it. The trackhoe wasn’t even supposed to be up there. In fact the operator was told specifically not to climb the pile
