When I turn my heat on it works for maybe a minute or two before it goes ice cold. I'm thinking something to do with vacuum on the blend door? Help

Does the vacuum pump on the pass fender work?When I turn my heat on it works for maybe a minute or two before it goes ice cold. I'm thinking something to do with vacuum on the blend door? Help

When you turn the key "ON" there should be a buzzing noise over there. It'll last roughly 20-30 seconds.

Can I hear it from in the cab? I'll check next time I go to drive it...
edit: If it makes any difference, the settings from defrost, face, floor, etc still work. I think I've read somewhere that it will default to defrost if there is a vacuum issue.
