I dunno. Speedo cable broke 4 years ago. I replaced it a few months ago and the replacement snapped in 5 minutes. I think it happens because of how it has to be routed around my shifter. Doesn't give it enough slack I guess.

Beats me because it is on the third engine. I got it with a 1971 Mustang engine in it and I put a rebuilt in so your guess is as good as mine, but when I got it the odometer say 17,xxx. So it could have been 117k, 217k....

160K on the '95. 5.0 was replaced with a new motor at right over 100K (previous owner was unaware of an oil leak and ran it dry). Got 232,000 out of the White '93 before I sold it- original engine and transmission, everything worked, A/C even still blew cold.

'97 Ranger shows right around 274 on the clock. Speedo/odo have read ~17% high since I had the transmission replaced at 221k, so by my math that's just over 266k miles, on the original engine.

The '09 is closing in on 14k.

Red has 164k on the clock, but 40k on the engine and 20k since the restore.
Bronco has 151k on the clock, but has a 93k 400 swapped in.

Hey Ben,I probably missed the thread, but what happened to Thunder?

Spun a bearing...and somewhere in the last couple months of sitting, not getting any fuel to the fuel rail...pumps are working though.
