gift that keeps on giving

Last month when I turned another year older I found a blank check with a note from my wife that said to buy the pistol I saw at the local sports shop. I'm still smiling!

Kimber 1911 Custom TLE II .45 acp that handles and shoots like a dream. Best part is its dimensions are so close to the Browing HP .40SW that I don't have to make adjustments between the two.

Wishing now for a set of .45 dies for Christmas...

It's just the plain generic all black pistol. No added accessories yet. Looks just like the top one.
