Highboy front u bolt torque specs??

Was wondering if the front u bolt specs are different than the back on my early 77 F250, with a 3" front spring and 9/16's u bolts.
I come up with 110-130 ft lbs for the rear only, wasn't sure if the front were the same, just didn't want to over torque them and break an ear off the cast bottom plates, have them @90 ft lbs right now and they seem to almost be stretching if I try to go up to 100 ft lbs. Yes they are new u bolts.
Hope someone has a better idea than I do.
Thanks.
Mudman.

Granted, this is for a '78 F250, but the spec for 9/16 U-bolt spring to axle is also 85- 115 ft/lbs. Look at page 14-31-12.
