With the legislated, not engineered, fuel mileage standards, they are pretty much being forced to go that kind of direction. Sooner or later, the internal combustion engine will become obsolete, but I personally would prefer it be done by natural progression, not government forced.

To be honest, the old Mustang SVO, GT turbo, Thunderbird turbo coupe, and the Capri RS turbo were cars to be reckoned with.... I have no issues with the new 2.3 Ecoboost being dropped in the Mustang

I'm with you, Eric. I heard the 2.3 I-4 ecoboost will be considered an upgrade engine over the V-6. The V6 will still be 'standard.'
I'm fine with electric as long as it's in the name of speed. Ryan
