Vince, I see two different HP/TQ ratings, different programming or electronic governing? My new Dodge service truck will not go over 75 MPH and will not get near redline either. It is electronicly governed.

The chassis cab and the pickup versions have two different turbos. One has a wastegate, the other doesn't. The pickup has the higher HP/Torque ratings because of it.
