Air stops blowing thru dash vents on A/C

Our 2012 F-450 ambulance has an issue with the cab air conditioner blower. Sometimes it works just fine and you can switch between floor or dash or combo of vent selections. Then at other times nothing flows thru the dash vents even tho the blower is on high.

Sometimes shutting down the engine and turning everything off will allow the system to reset. Is there a cure for this?

can you still hear the blower motor turning when its not coming from the dash vents?? if this is the case it could be blend doors are not actuating properly and need the servo changed.. if the blower motors not going at all would say to change the switch itself in the dash..

these are the most common things to go first..
