I've been... busy! :D

Absolutely trashed black (why me?!) Porsche 911 got a total makeover, along with its Audi Q7 stablemate.

Started off with a foam bath to strip any waxes and sealants, then dried for paint inspection.

Turns out the paint was in miserable shape. Swirl marks, deep scratches, and sanding marks from the body shop. Sad, really.

The first 50/50 shot using and aggressive pad and chemical combo.

See the back and forth lines? Those are holograms, or buffer trails, left from improper polishing.

Took a break to check in on my helper. :D

Back to crying over the condition of this paint.

... and like magic, it's done!

Still some room for improvement, but very nice for the budget I was given.

That Audi was pretty dirty, too. It had been coated last year, so this was simply a refresher.

MUCH better!

A reflection of a reflecting reflection?
