PCV valve location and replacement.

I have a 2008 F-150 4.2L which needs a PCV valve replacement. Where is it, and how do I find out how to replace it? Since he auto parts stores don't carry a replacement, I assume it's not easy.

Theres 2 types, electronic, and water heated. Both should be at the rear of the passenger valve cover.
