"Off-Road Package" ?

I searched the forum but did not find an answer to this one; I'm told by the PO that my truck ('79 F-150 4x4) has an "off-road package" that it came out with new. Has anyone heard of this being a factory or maybe a dealer add-on option? If so, what is different about a 4x4 truck with this vs. one without? The only thing I have noticed is dual front shocks. Thanks for the help!

I swear Duncan, I go to the link under gen 6 and see 8 threads. Not one of them is "1979 Light Truck Buyer's Guide".

I've been ripped !

On the other hand I did see that page through the link D posted .
My truck has the rear sway bar but not the dual front shocks.
