getting a header

I am getting a header for my 86 f150. I also want to get a cam for it, does anyone recomend one?

oes anyone recomend a good cam for these motors? or shouild i just get one and see? what was the stock compression of the motors?

well ive got a cam and lifter set that i have yet to install in my truck. its from comp cams.

id be willing to sell the cam and lifters to ya. they are brand new in the box never used. i was going to install in them in my truck but never got around to it when i rebuilt the engine about 2 years ago. just let me know :)
