no power

Hello,
i have a 2007 f350 with a gasoline powered v-8.
it has been at the shop and now at the dealers witha problem no one can figure out.
hopefully someone else has had this problem and can help.
the problem- the truck starts and idles fine but has not acceleration or power to get out of its own way.
had the cats changed , the fuel pump and filter changed along with a long list of
dianostics done but still no answer to the problem.
help.

I think I'd start with timing. Both electronic and camshaft.

the dealer has checked all electronics along with taking the top end apart
with no cure to the for the problem.
the dealer is suggesting that hte torque converter may be the problem.
is this possible?

With the symptoms that you mention, torque convertor would be one of the last places I'd look.
