I got stuck with a big audit project here at work. The guy that was supposed to do it (and have it done friday) went to mexico. Now we find out it's all wrong and we have to start over.

I tasted it while it was flat and it seemed great. It's a little more bitter than I expected but it's a good beer. It will be done carbonating in about 2 weeks.
