Picked up a pair of seats for the Capri, good seats, great price, color is slightly an issue.

They're red, all red. Gonna look into finding a pair of form fitting covers; BUT, if that's a bust, is there a way to dye them without having to worry about bleeding and premature color fade?

I was surfin the paint supply place,an ran across some paint for
leather seats.I didnt know that it exist. Not sure if it works.
But its at the same place that I bought my automotive paint..:)

Heard ill things about the fabric paint. That's why I was thinking dye. Might just find some decent seat covers instead.
You can get factory replacement cloth for that. Not sure of color availability.

Check 50resto.com

not using the factory seats, no lateral support.

I agree with Randy...I've not seen a vinyl/plastic dye that doesn't rub off.

That's my main concern.

It seems that Ford factory dyed some dash pads for the 73-79 era....which were sold as NOS units.....trust me, it rubs off.
