Previous owner buggered up my ignition switch on my '65 F100

Got it, thanks, tech still having issues.

Someone cut off the plug to the switch and just wired the wires to the switch. Tech says there is only one hot wire on the fuse block. He says there is no way to tell where all the wires go. I am going to the shop Saturday to talk to him.

Anything you can recommend I look at or ask him? I hate working on wiring, but I did manage to put a new harness to the headlights etc under the hood.

Not sure why your tech could not figure stuff out from that drawing...the wires need to be traced if they are not the original colors.

That's hopefully the case....that diagram spells it out very clearly...I'm sure you would, but take him a copy of it.
