Those are wild. I used to build them years ago. I built a few buggies and a few planes.

Thnx...

Yea rc's has came along way since those days,They are pushing to
the 150 mph with the new brushless motors and lipo batterys.
The run times are way longer, can ecceed up to 30 min run times.
Way better fun now,but they are exspensive.
Im yet to get into brushless power. This crawler, which isnt brushless
is the only electric that I have, all of the rest of my rc's are nitro & one
fuelie.

Im wanting to build a trophy truck.I got a the body,Ford raptor...

The ones I built were all glow fuel or nitro fuel had two battery ones.
The one battery one topped out at about 75MPh
I destoryed the shell on that thing more times than I could count.
I used to bet guys I could out run their real cars and trucks in a drag between telephone poles. At 20 bucks a race I made easy money. They have instant power and speed from the time you hit the controller.

The ford raptor body is not traxxas. It is a Proline brand, which They dont actualy produce a running rc,What they do is make better aftermarket
racing parts for rc's.So,yes,it will fit a traxxas shortcoarse truck.

I know that Traxxas sponsers some 1.1 races...An when you see the
name traxxas on sport channels.Dont let the name fool you. Most people
that buy an race this brand, has probably put an order for all the high
performance racing hop-up parts, which are another brand like proline,
Mip,RPM,Lunsford,Hardcore,or Integy parts.

The body is for a custom build,an I do want to use a Traxxas front diff
an the splined cv joint outdrives....

Dang, that's some serious RC'ing you got going there.....years and years ago, my brother and I put some bucks into electric cars when we were kids....pretty fun and pretty pricey hobby, but what hobby isn't eh?

Thanks for the pics.
