hello all, i have a '74 f100 in the shop that we just did a column rebuild on (3 on the tree) everything is working great, minus shifting in to rev and 1st. when completely attached to trans. if i remove that rod at the bottom of the column it shifts fine. also the rod at the trans shifts correctly. for some reason once they are together they no longer work. i believe there was some sort of alignment procedure for the 2 shift levers at the bottom of the column? if anyone has an idea i would appreciate it! thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
