Brake light and turn signal problems.

Front turns don't work with heads on or off....no dash lights...I have two spots for two flashers... Only one was plugged in...I will by another one and see wat happen s......any ideas let me know

One flasher is for turn signals, the other is for hazards. See if they lights flash for hazard. If they do, the socket, ground and circuit are ok and points to either a bad switch or power to the switch.
